Agility is the ability to rapidly change the position of the entire body in space, with speed and accuracy. Athletes are seldom running straight ahead. Agility is a more practical skill that will help the athlete on the field.
The Viking Strength and Conditioning Program trains athletes through a wide array of different agility drills and movements. Whether it is our winter agility circuit or our summer workouts, our athletes will improve on their agility during all phases of the strength program.
Improvement is made through strengthening of the legs, improving acceleration, and running sport specific agility drills.
