Alcohol
Alcohol is sold in the JJ's Wine and Spirits Beer Garden (available to all fans 21 years of age or older) and can be pre-sold in the press box suites in K-O Stadium. Alcohol is not allowed to be brought into K-O Stadium. Alcohol is not allowed in the Elmen Center. Alcoholic drinks purchased in the JJ's Wine and Spirits Beer Garden can be carried back to the seating areas except for the Alcohol Free Sections. These sections include 107, 108, 109, and 202.
Animals
All animals are prohibited from entering any athletic facilities. The only exception is a service animal. AU event staff are required to ask the following questions about service animals:

Approved Sponsors
Augustana University prohibits the use of University grounds and facilities for sales, advertising, or promotional activities without approval. Vendors must be on the approved vendor list. Contact the Athletic Department for more information.

Augieville
Augieville is the pre-game destination for fans on game days. With music, inflatables, food, games & more. Augieville offers a free area for all fans to meetup pre-game and enjoy the camaraderie of gameday. Augieville opens 2 hours prior to each home game.
Augustana A-Club
The mission of the A-Club is to provide financial support to Augustana University student-athletes and individual sport programs to ensure the opportunity for a life changing academic and athletic experience for every Viking student-athlete.

Bag Inspection
Bag inspections may be conducted at various events. We ask all fans to have their bags open and ready for inspection by Event Staff or Campus Safety if asked.
Beer Garden
- All guests must be 21 years of age and show a valid ID to obtain a wristband and entrance into the beer garden
- A valid wristband is required at the time of purchase for tickets and redemption of alcoholic drinks
- A limit of two alcoholic drinks may be purchased at one time
- Sales will begin at noon
- Sales will end when the game clock has expired at the conclusion of the third quarter
- Guests are allowed to carry alcoholic drinks back to the seating areas except for the Alcohol Free Sections
- Alcohol Free Sections include: 107, 108, 109, and 202
- Augustana Athletics reserves the right to search guests for alcoholic beverages as well as the right to refuse service of alcohol at its discretion.
- Guests are not allowed to give alcohol to other guests under the age of 21
- Failure to adhere to these policy guidelines may result in ejection from the stadium without refund
Bookstore
For all the new Viking apparel, visit the AU bookstore location inside the concourse of K-O Stadium on game days, at select other events, and located inside of the Morrison Commons on campus.
Camcorders and Tripods
Camcorders and tripods are not allowed inside the K-O Stadium or the Elmen Center during events unless part of the game broadcast/stream, credentialed media or for team use.
Camera Policy
Cameras are allowed in K-O Stadium and the Elmen Center. All commercial uses of photographs depicting game action or of student-athletes are permitted only with the approval of AU Athletics.

Campus Safety
Campus Safety Officers are located throughout the K-O Stadium and the Elmen Center. If you are in need of a Campus Safety Officer, contact an usher or AU staff member for assistance. Campus Safety can also be reached at (605) 274-4014.
Children
Children aged 2 years old and under do not need a ticket for event entry provided they are seated on a lap. If children want to sit in their own seat, a ticket must be purchased. Youth tickets qualify for children ages 3‐18. Children aged 3 through the 8th grade can sign up for the Vikings Kid's Club presented by Reliabank for free admission to all home, regular season events excluding Augustana Hockey events.
Concession Stands
Sodexo is the proud partner of Augustana University Athletics. Concession stands can be found on the concourse of both K-O Stadium and the Elmen Center.
Conference
The Vikings are a part of the NCAA Division II Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference for all sports except hockey (CCHA) men's tennis (MIAA), men's swimming (GLIAC), and acrobatics & tumbling (NCATA).

I acknowledge, as an event attendee, that I hold no reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images and video taken or used by Augustana University. By attending this event, I authorize the use of such images and video indefinitely without payment or any other compensation to me and without obtaining my additional consent for future uses.
Disabled Patron Information

Elevator
An elevator is located in the SW corner of K-O Stadium press box and inside the main entrance to the Elmen Center. Elevator use should be restricted to those guests that need extra assistance to their seating sections, working staff & media and suite holders with tickets.
Ejection Policy
Ejections are a last resort when interacting with a guest. Only campus safety officers on duty will escort visitors from Viking events.
Emergencies and Evacuations
In the event of a serious emergency, all ushers, staff, and campus safety staff are available to assist guests. Visitors should follow the direction of the staff on duty for a safe exit of the Athletic Facilities.

Field Access
Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before and during the game. Post‐game fans will be allowed onto the field after both teams are released by their coaches. Only authorized personnel will be allowed in team areas.
First Aid and Medical Operations
Fans needing medical attention should find the nearest usher or First Aid Station (located next to the concession stand on the west of the stadium). Staff can call for medical response by Campus Safety officers.
Food and Beverage Policy
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Augustana Athletic Facilities on game day.

Viking Athletics is focused on providing guests, teams, and officials with a safe and memorable experience. We ask that our guests be enthusiastic in their support of the Vikings, while upholding our Guest Code of Conduct:

Do not throw items onto the competition area or cause a disruption to the game.
Guests who appear impaired or intoxicated may be denied entry or subject to ejection. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with all applicable University, City, State, and Federal rules, policy, and laws. Violation of the Guest Code of Conduct may result in seat relocation, ejection, loss of game ticket, and/or criminal consequences.

Parking
There is a $10 general parking fee in both the East Lot and Tailgate Lot (West Lot) for all home Augustana Football games. If multiple parking spaces are needed each additional space will cost $10 each. Large campers or RV's will be charged $40.
Hockey parking in the Elmen Center lot is available for the same $10 general parking fee and opens five hours prior to puck drop.
Kegs are not allowed in the parking lots.

Tickets
The ticket office is in charge of all sales, will call, lost tickets, and players' guest list. For Viking Football, all ticket sales will be at K-O Stadium entrances. All Player Pass Lists and Will Call will be located at the West entrance to K-O Stadium. At all other facilities, all your ticket needs will be handled at the main entrance of the facilities.*Ticket prices vary depending on season tickets, single games, groups, and students. Will Call
For football, Will Call will be located at the West entrance of K-O Stadium. For all Elmen Center events, Will Call will be located at the main entrance of the facility. Photo identification is required for all tickets at Will Call.
Viking's Kids Club
The Viking's Kids Club is for Vikings Fans ages 3 years old to 8th grade, and is presented by Reliabank. Registration is free and the young fan receives a Kid's Club T-Shirt, membership card, Culver's Kid's Meals, birthday card from Ole & Culver's gift, & participate in member-only promotions and events.
