ENTRY FEE
High School = $275 per gender ($550 for both boys and girls)
College = $350 per gender ($700 for both men and women)
Individuals and teams with less than 5 athletes = $30 per person 

TRAINERS: Trainers will be at the course on the day of the race. We will have water on site, but please encourage your athletes to bring water with them. If you have special needs, please let us know.

Augustana University will host the 15th annual Augustana Twilight under the lights at Yankton Trails Park on Friday, September 4. On the collegiate side, the women's 5K is slated for an 8:45 p.m. start while the men's four mile race is at 9:15 p.m.

A season ago, the Twilight attracted 90 high schools and 30 collegiate programs. The 30 colleges and universities for the collegiate races consisted of all three divisions of the NCAA plus the NAIA and NJCAA. 10 NSIC programs competed in 2025. The Big Ten's Nebraska Cornhuskers and regional foes of Omaha, South Dakota, South Dakota State, and St. Thomas have all competed in the past as well.

One of the largest races in the region, the event attracts more than 5,000 participants, coaches and fans annually for the races under the lights featuring teams from NCAA Division I to high school junior varsity squads.
