2018 (Senior): Went 4-0 in 19 appearances, making one start and recording one save with a 1.37 ERA in 26.1 innings pitched … Struck out 23 batters and walked just seven … Gave up just four earned runs … Opponents hit .185 off of him … During his career with the Vikings, he tallied a 1.99 ERA, the lowest in program history for pitchers who threw at least 25 innings … His .191 opponent batting average is the fourth lowest in program history … His three career combined shutouts is tied for the fifth most in program history … Was was a member of a team that won a program-best 52 games, an NSIC Conference Tournament championship, a Central Region Tournament Championship and the school’s first ever National Championship … Orvis signed a professional contract to play baseball with the Lake Erie Crushers, an independent professional baseball team in the Frontier League

2017 (Sophomore): Made five appearances as a pitcher … struck out four batters in five and 1/3 innings pitched … 5.06 ERA … pitched a season-high two innings on April 1 at Northern State 

2016 (Freshman): Sat out season as a redshirt
