2020 (Senior): Made three appearances on the mound for the Vikings… Named to Spring NSIC All-Academic Team… Season cut short due to COVID-19.

2019 (Junior): Appeared in eight games on the mound, making one start… Threw 7.1 innings and struck out 11 hitters… Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2018 (Sophomore): Saw action in three games with one start … 13.50 ERA … 2.2 innings pitched …  Was was a member of a team that won a program-best 52 games, an NSIC Conference Tournament championship, a Central Region Tournament Championship and the school’s first ever National Championship

2017 (Freshman): Appeared in one game during the 2017 season … recorded one out on March 18 versus Bemidji State via a strikeout. 

High School: As a junior Caleb was a starter for Brookings High School and helped his high school and American Legion team earn a combined 55-21 record … He pitched 35.2 innings as a junior … Earned three victories on the season while also earning three saves … He had 37 strikeouts with a 3.34 ERA including a 1.65 WHIP … Helped lead his team to a School Ball State Championship … Placed third in the American Legion State Tournament

Personal: Born on November 5, 1997 in Brookings, S.D. to Todd and Royanna Stratmoen; While at Augustana he plans on majoring in Sports Management
