JT Mix joins the Augustana baseball staff as a graduate assistant in the fall of 2024. The Farmers Branch, Texas, native returns to Augustana after serving as an assistant coach for Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama
Mix was a five-year starter for the Vikings from 2017-22. He is a 2018 National Champion and was on the All-Tournament Team of the 2018 College World Series. Mix hit .316 with 114 RBI and 151 runs scored in his time with the Vikings and was an All-Region honoree in 2019. He played in 223 games (third in program history) and the Vikings went 187-55-1 in the five years Mix attended.Â
Mix resides in Sioux Falls.
