2021 (Senior): ABCA/Rawlings Second-Team All-Region… Second-Team All-NSIC… Appeared in 12 games and made six starts on the mound for the Vikings… Had a 2.65 ERA, 7-1 record, one save, two complete-game shutouts and 75 strikeouts in 57.2 innings pitched.

2020 (Senior): Made four appearances on the mound for the Vikings with 4.1 innings pitched while holding his opponents to a .067 batting average… Had six strikeouts and a 0.00 ERA… Named to Spring NSIC All-Academic Team… Season cut short due to COVID-19.

Before Augustana: Played his first college baseball season at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado... Played his next two college baseball seasons at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York... Enjoyed his best season in 2018 where he pitched 39.2 innings and posted a 4.08 ERA and a .238 opponent batting average.

High School: Attended Resurrection Christian School and helped lead them to a state title his junior year... In his senior season, posted a 0.91 ERA to go along with a 6-1 record... Batted .483 as a senior... Served as team captain as a senior, guiding his team to a runner up finish in the state tournament... Named to the Colorado Denver Post First-Team All-State... Tabbed to the Colorado Dugout Club First Team All-State... Honored by the Loveland Reporter Herald All-Area First Team... Named Resurrection Christian Pitcher of the Year and Most Valuable Player.
  
Personal: Koby was born in Denver, Colorado on August 21st, 1996 to parents: Beth and Tim Bishop... While at Augustana, Koby plans to get his masters in sports administration and leadership.
