High School: Albrecht batted .284 with 25 hits, including two triples and a home run, 21 runs scored and 11 RBI last spring for the Monarchs. This past summer he carried a .849 OPS with seven doubles, three triples and a pair of home runs in 151 plate appearances.

Personal: Landyn is the son of Becky Albrecht and Ted Haugen. He plans to major in sport management.
