2023: NSIC Champion … helped AU advance to the Division II College World Series … played in 41 games making six starts … when in field, played primarily second base … made 34 assists in the field … recorded seven hits.

2022: Played in 29 games while making 14 starts…Scored 13 runs for the Vikings…Tallied 18 hits and four doubles…Logged 10 RBI.

2021: Played in four games and started one game for the Vikings.

2020: Did not appear in any games in shortened season due to COVID-19.

High School: Baggs graduated from Marshall High School in the spring of 2019. As a senior, he hit .375 with 34 hits, 27 walks, an OBP of .436 and one home run. He was all-section, all-state, and all-conference during his senior year of baseball. During his senior season of hockey, Baggs scored two goals and tallied eight assists. As a junior, he hit .424 with 39 hits and had an OBP of .531 en route to an all-conference and all-area season.

Personal: Baggs was born on Dec. 14, 2000 in Duluth, Minnesota, to parents John and Colleen. He has one sibling, Josie, and enjoys baseball, hockey and soccer. He plans to major in exercise science and minor in kinesiology while at Augustana. His career goals include getting a PT job or continuing his baseball career.
