Augustana University Athletics

High School: Gaswint is a four-year starter for the Crusaders. He went 7-2 with a .130 opponents batting average and 1.68 ERA as a junior while being named All-State Second Team, All-Conference First Team and All-District First Team. He helped his team to a 30-11 record and state tournament appearance. As a sophomore, Gaswint earned the same awards while going 9-2 with a 1.22 ERA. He touted a WHIP of 0.95 and an opponents batting average of .137, helping the Crusaders to a 28-4 record and state tournament appearance. He burst onto the scene as a freshman when he allowed just two earned runs in 23 innings of work. 

Personal: Nathan is the son of Brad and Heather Gaswint. He is unsure on his major when he arrives to Augustana.
