2021 (Senior): Broke the Augustana career runs scored, hits and stolen bases records… Started in all 49 games for the Vikings… Hit .307 with 42 runs scored, 58 hits, seven doubles, two triples, four homers, 37 RBIs and 21 steals in 23 attempts… NSIC All-Academic.

2020 (Senior): Started all 13 games for the Vikings… Earned CoSIDA First-Team Academic All-America honors... Had a .340 batting average with 16 hits, two homers, eight RBIs and 12 runs scored… Had a fielding percentage of 1.000 and went two-for-two in stolen base attempts… Named to Spring NSIC All-Academic Team… Earned a spot on the CoSIDA District 7 Academic All-District First Team... Season cut short due to COVID-19.

2019 (Junior): Named to the NCBA/Rawlings NCAA Division II All-Region Second Team… NCBWA Central Region Honorable Mention… First Team All-NSIC… Started all 59 games for the Vikings… Had a .395 batting average with 67 runs scored, 94 hits, 15 doubles, four triples, six homers, 56 RBI’s, 18 walks and 8 hit by pitches… Slugged .567 with an OBP of .446… Went 26-28 in stolen base attempts and had a fielding percentage of .982… Named to the Spring NSIC All-Academic Team.

2018 (Sophomore): Participated and started in all 61 games during his sophomore season … batted .374, tallying 28 RBI, 14 doubles, two triples and one home run … Had a .462 slugging percentage … stole 34 bases, fourth most in a single season in program history ... Had a program-best six hits vs. Hawaii Hilo on Feb. 1 … Recorded three RBI on three separate occasions on the year … He recorded his 53rd stolen bases of his career which currently puts him with the fourth most stolen bases in program history … His 238 at-bats are the most in a single season in program history … His 72 runs scored are the second most in a single season in program history … Tallied 89 hits, the fifth most in a single season in program history … First Team All-NSIC … NSIC All Gold Glove Team … Academic All-NSIC … Was was a member of a team that won a program-best 52 games, an NSIC Conference Tournament championship, a Central Region Tournament Championship and the school’s first ever National Championship

2017 (Freshman): Started 53 games on the season, posting a .315 batting average … recorded six doubles and a triple and drove in 23 runs to go along with a .355 slugging percentage … had 19 stolen bases on the year … secured a .966 fielding percentage to go along with 90 putouts

High School: Riley is a three-year starter and letter winner at Champlin Park High School … As a junior he had a .470 batting average … He earned a gold glove and was named all-conference … As a sophomore he helped his team to Section runner-ups

Personal: Born May 7, 1998 in Minneapolis, Minn. to Greg and Julie Johnson; While at Augustana Riley plans on majoring in Physics with a minor in Spanish
