2007: Started all 11 regular season games.  

2006: Appeared in all 11 games … Started the final 10 games of the season at right tackle. 

2005: Redshirt. 

High School: A three-year letterwinner and three-year varsity starter at West Lyon High School … Was a Class 2A All-State First Team selection in 2004 after earning second team honors as a junior in 2003 … Named to the All-Northwest Iowa First Team as a senior and to the second team as a junior … Also named to the All-Northwest Iowa Review First Team in 2003 and 2004 … Twice named to the All-District First Team … The Wildcats posted a 26-7 record during his three-year career and advanced to the Class 2A state semifinals in 2003 and 2004 … Also a three-year starter in basketball and track … In basketball, was a unanimous selection to the All-Siouxland Conference First Team … Named to the All-Northwest Iowa Review Second Team in 2003-04 … Competed in the 2004 state track meet.
