Corey Petersen enters his third season as a student assistant for the Augustana football program in 2014.
Petersen is a 2011 graduate of Stillwater Area High School and was a member of the Augustana football team in 2011. Petersen was a running back during his time on the football team and sat out the 2011 season as a redshirt. At Stillwater, Petersen rushed for 1,037 yards as a senior and was named his team’s Most Valuable Player.
A part of two conference championship teams at Stillwater, Petersen was named all-conference honorable mention as a senior.
Petersen is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in business at Augustana.
