Zach Brooks was added to the Augustana University coaching staff in the spring of 2026.
Brooks joined Augustana after spending the 2025 season at Montana State University–Northern, where he served as wide receivers coach. He led receiver meetings, film breakdowns and analysis and assisted in game planning.Â
In 2025, Brooks developed two All-Conference wide receivers and played a key role in both player development and recruiting coordination.
Brooks was a five-year member of the Dakota State football team before playing his final season at MSU-Northern. A collegiate quarterback at both programs, he earned team captain honors at each, recognized for his leadership and work ethic.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Dakota State University in 2023, along with an Associate degree in Business Management, and completed his Master’s degree in Education, Instruction and Learning from Montana State University–Northern.
