2019 (Sophomore): Saw action on the offensive line in five contests … blocked for Jarod Epperson when he rushed for 156 yards against Minot State (Oct. 26). 

2018 (Freshman): Part of an offensive line that allowed a league-best nine sacks all season.... Top-10 in the country with just 64 yards allowed via sacks... protected a Viking offense that racked up more than 6,000 all purpose yards and ranked 3rd in the NSIC with 450.1 yards per game... Blocked for the leagues top passing offense, which totaled more than 315 yards per game and 30 touchdowns.

2017 (Redshirt): Sat out the season as a redshirt.

High School: Prepped at Urbandale High School for coach Sam Anderson ... two-year letterwinner and starter ... named team captain senior season ... earned first team all-district honors senior season ... earned all-state third team honors in 2016 ... second team all-district honoree as a junior.

Personal: Son of Bob and Brenda Mowrey ... born Sept. 18, 1998 ... business major.
