2008: Started all 12 games at nose tackle … Named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America® College Division Team …Tallied a season-high four tackles in wins over Minnesota State and Southwest Minnesota State, including 1.5 sacks versus SMSU … Recorded one sack against Minnesota Duluth and half sacks at Northern State and Minnesota, Crookston … Forced a fumble at NSU as well. 

2007: Started all 11 regular season games…Had 23 tackles on the year…Recorded a half-sack in the win over Western Washington…Tallied three tackles-for-loss…Recovered a fumble at Minnesota State…Had a season high six tackles versus Nebraska-Omaha.  

2006: Appeared in all 11 games … Earned a start against Western Washington … Recorded 10 tackles … Had 3 tackles against Minnesota Duluth. 

2005: Sat out season as a redshirt. 

High School: A standout defensive lineman at Osseo High School … Was a three-year starter, including being a two-way starter as a junior and senior … Earned All-Northwest Suburban Conference honorable mention accolades as a senior … Was listed among the top defensive linemen in the nation according to fab50recruiting.com … Also a two-year letterwinner on the basketball team.
