2021: NSIC Champion … NSIC South Division Champion … CoSIDA Academic All-District… appeared in all 12 games for the Vikings… Made 33 total tackles on the season with 4.5 coming for loss … had two sacks on the season...had his first career sack in a win against UMary (Sep. 4) ... accounted for two pass breakups on the year … Intercepted a pass in a win against Minnesota State (Oct. 23) ... Utilized as the main return man for the Vikings all year … returned 11 kicks for 258 yards and 20 punts for 172 yards ... earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.

2020: No season due to COVID-19 ... a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2019 (Junior): NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... Played in 11 games … tallied three interceptions on the season … recorded a two-interception game against Concordia-St. Paul (Nov. 2) … recorded 31 tackles on the season including 21 solo … tallied 10 tackles in the NCAA Division II Playoff game against CSU Pueblo (Nov. 23) … returned one kickoff for 35 yards … helped Augustana rank fourth in the nation in scoring defense … helped the Vikings rank 10th in the nation with a total of 19 team interceptions. 

2018 (Sophomore): Academic All-NSIC selection...Appeared in all 11 games ofor the Vikings... one of the best special teams season in program history... Finished the year with 713 kick return yards, which is 2nd all-time in single-season program history... averaged 29.71 yards per return, which is also 2nd all-time… Led the NSIC in average return yards… returned 24 kicks for 713 all purpose yards, averaging 29.7 yards per return and 64.8 per game... Posted a career high 79-yard return on September 29th at Minnesota-Crookston... On defense recorded 14 solo tackels and 18 total tackels... recorded one sack for -10 yards vs. Winona State.

2017 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in the final five games as the team’s primary punt returner ... returned 13 punts for a total of 56 yards ... returned four punts vs. Upper Iowa on Oct. 21, when he posted a career-long of 17 yards ... also returned four punts against Concordia-St. Paul on Nov. 4.

2016 (Redshirt): Sat out the season as a redshirt.

High School: Prepped at Sioux Falls O’Gorman for coach Steve Kueter ... named team captain senior season ... completed 69 passes for 1,088 yards senior season ... tossed 12 touchdown passes in 2015 ... averaged 9.46 passing yards per attempt in 2015 ... ran 153 times for 882 yards  and 17 touchdowns senior season ... went for 1,970 yards of total offense and 17 touchdowns.

Personal: Son of John and Robin Fritsch ... born Aug. 15, 1997 ... plans to major in biology at Augustana.
