In the same season, he was named first-team all-state, first-team all-conference, Daily Republic Player of the Year, and a runner-up for Midco Sports Player of the Year. He helped lead his team to a 23-1 state championship season.
Personal: Markus is the son of Kevin and Katrina Talley. He plans to major in finance.
