Biography
2023-24: Played eight rounds on the season in four different events … placed a season-best 32nd at the Augustana Spring Invite … averaged 82.88 shots per round … shot a season-best 77 in the second round of the Maverick Desert Classic.
2022-23: Competed in four events and eight rounds … averaged 83 shots per round … recorded a season-low round of 76 in a Dual with UMary.
2021-22: Competed in five events and 11 rounds of golf on the season…Averaged 79.09 strokes per round…Had a season low of 74 strokes at the Augustana Invite…Had one top-10 finish.
2020-21: Competed in two events and five rounds of golf in 2021… Had a scoring average of 88.20 and a season low of 81.
High School: Slagle graduated from Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in June of 2020. As a junior, he had a scoring average of 78 and was an all-conference selection. As a sophomore, he had a scoring average of 83 and was also an all-conference selection.
Personal: Slagle was born on July 25, 2002 in New Hope, Minnesota, to parents Kim and Derrick Slagle. He has one sibling, Shelby, and enjoys hunting and fishing. While at Augustana, he plans to major in economics and minor in business administration.
