2023-2024: GLIAC All-Academic Team. At the GLIAC Championships, Dircks took 10th place in the 100 backstroke (49.11), 14th in the 200 Backstroke (1:50.75), and 13th in the 100 Fly (49.30). Dircks also earned personal bests in the 100 Breastroke (1:00.22), the 200 Backstroke (1:50.04) and the 200 IM (1:53.90)
2022-23: GLIAC All-Academic Team of Excellence. At the Augustana Invitational, Dircks broke 3 school records in the 50 Back (23.38), 100 Back (50.04), and the 200 Back (1:51.97). At the GLIAC Championships, Dircks took 15th in the 100 Backstroke, and earned a personal best in the 100 Fly (50.91), placing 19th.Â
2021-22: All-GLIAC Academic Team of Excellence. At the GLIAC Championships, Dircks took 11th place in the 100 Back (51.14) and 13th place in the 200 Back (1:53.29). Dircks also garnered personal bests in the 100 Fly (52.08), the 200 Free (1:44.94), and the 200 IM (1:57.35).
High School: Graduated from Freeburg Community High School in May of 2021 ... In his senior year, Dircks placed second in the 100-fly in a time of 54.35 and placed third in the 200-IM with a time of 2:05.54.
Personal: Son to Lon and Kim Dircks ... Born on 09/01/2002 in Belleville, Ill. ... Dircks plans on majoring in english while at Augustana.
