2019-20 (Senior):
Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the 5,000 meter… Took home All-NSIC honors in the 5,000 meter with a first-place finish at the NSIC Championships with a time of 14:39.39… Also earned All-NSIC honors in the 3,000 meter at the NSIC Championships with a second-place finish and time of 8:33.11… Broke the Augustana school record in the 5,000 meter with a fourth place finish and time of 14:18.76 at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic on Dec. 7. 
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19

2018-19 (Junior):
Indoor: Earned a fifth place finish with his season best 3,000m time of 8:27.19 at the NSIC Indoor Championship on Feb. 23… Earned a third place finish with his season best 5,000m time of 14:46.94 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9… Earned a seventh place finish with his season best mile time of 4:25.45 at the Mark Schuck Open on Jan. 26. 
Outdoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region Honors in the 10,000m… Placed fifth in both the 5,000m and 10,000m (14:57.05 & 31:07.95) at the NSIC Outdoor Championship on May 11...Ran a season best 5,000m (14:39.24) while placing sixth at the Portland Twilight on May 3… Ran a season best 10,000m (30:53.05) at the Drake Relays on Apr. 27.

2017-18 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Had a personal best time in the 5000m at the SDSU Classic with a time of 15:12.45… at the Ted Nelson Classic had a time of 8:44.05 in the 3000m
Outdoor: Had a 7th place finish in the 5000 with a time of 14:56.12 at the 2018 Kip Janvrin Open… Had a 5th place finish at the NSIC Championships in the 10,000 with a time of 31:00.23… and a 12th place finish in the 5000 with a time of 15:12.85

2016-17 (Redshirt Freshman)
Indoor: Sat out as a redshirt.
Outdoor: Finished in sixth with a personal best time of 32:26.37 in the 10,000-meters at the NSIC Championships (May 12) ... took 10th at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 28) with a personal record time of 15:08.22 ... set a personal high in the 1,5000-meters with a time of 4:03.66 at the Howard Wood Relays (May 6).

2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoor: Finished 10th in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:28.79 at the NSIC Championship ... placed 14th in the Mile with a time of 4:30.65 at the Ted Nelson Classic ... placed 17th in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:06.11 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational 
Outdoor: Sat out season as a redshirt 

High School: A 2015 graduate of Alexandria High School … four-year letterwinner for the Cardinals … holds a personal-best in 5,000-meter run (15:52), 3,200-meter run (9:46), and 1,600-meter run (4:32) … three-time Cross Country Most Valuable Runner award … named Central Lakes Conference Champion and took third at Section 8AA … team finished six-place at state his senior season …two-time Conference Champions.

Personal: Son of Joel and Denise Runge … born April 28, 1997 … accounting major and business minor.
