2019-20 (Senior):
Indoor: Took home first-place honors as part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Mark Schuck Open on Feb. 1 with a time of 3:26.26… Ran a personal best 300 meter at the SDSU Holiday Open on Dec. 7 with a time of 36.05… Finished in third-place in the 400 meter at the Maverick Invitational on Feb. 21 with a time of 50.44… Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor: Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence…

2018-19 (Junior):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC… Ran a personal best 400m (50.58) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9… Earned a third place finish (3:20.89) on the 4x400 meter relay team at the NSIC Indoor Championship on Feb. 23.Â
Outdoor: Academic All NSIC… Ran personal bests in the 400m and 400 meter hurdles (49.98 & 54.67) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays which on May 4 which were good for fifth and third place respectively… Earned a seventh place finish in the 400 meter hurdles (55.34) at the NSIC Outdoor Championship on May 11.
2017-18 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Had multiple personal bests this season, in the 400m at the SDSU Classic finishing with a time of 51.27… and at the DII Invitational finished the 200m race in 23.54
Outdoor: Set a personal best at the Red Raider Open in the 100 with a time of 11.69… another personal best at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in the 400H with a time of 56.36… Had a 2nd place finish at the NSIC Championships in the 4x400 with a time of 3:19.52
2016-17 (Freshman)
Indoor: Recorded a personal best mark in the heptathlon with 4,229 points at the NSIC Multi-Events (Feb. 13) … set a personal best time of 52.50 in the 400-meters at the Jim Emmerich Invite (Jan. 21) … took fourth and notched a personal best time of 41.12 in the 300-meter hurdles at the SDSU Preseason Open (Dec. 2).
Outdoor: Set a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 5.86m at the Butler/Greeno Dual (April 7) ... recorded a personal high in the high jump with a mark of 1.75m at the Butler/Greeno Dual (April 7) ... notched a personal record time of 11.33 in the 100-meters at the Butler/Greeno Dual (April 7).
High School: 2016 graduate of Lincoln High School … took second in the 300m Hurdles at the state meet … helped the 4x200 relay team take second at state and the 4x100 relay team take fourth … helped his team win the state championship his senior year
