Indoor: Ran a season best 600 meter at the SDSU Holiday Open on Dec. 7 with a time of 1:27.21… Named to the Winter NSIC All-Academic Team.
Outdoor: Named to Spring NSIC All-Academic Team…

2018-19 (Junior):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC… Ran a season best 800m (2:03.21) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9… Ran a season best 600m (1:26.95) at the SDSU Holiday Invite on Dec. 1.
Outdoor: Academic All NSIC… Ran a season best 800m (2:01.42) at the Mount Marty Invite on Apr. 24.
2017-18 (Sophomore)
Indoor: In the 400m at the SDSU Classic had a time of 52.79 on Feb 9… Set a personal best at the MSU Open on Jan 27 in the 800m with a time of 2:03.49
Outdoor: At the Red Raider Open placed 7th in the 4x400 with a time of 3:35.36
2016-17 (Freshman)
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 800-meters with a tim eof 2:04.09 at the Howard Wood Relays (May 6) ... recorded a personal record at the Butler/Greeno Dual (April 7) with a time of 54.22.
High School: A 2016 graduate of Sturgis Brown High School … four-year letterwinner … helped the Sprint Medley Relay team to a state title his junior year … earned two top 5 finishes in the 4x800 relay.
Personal: Son of Ken and Cindy Ireland … born in Sturgis, S.D. on March 29, 1997 … will major in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, with the aspirations to pursue a career in the medical field.
