Indoor: Had an 8th place finish at the Ted Nelson Classic in the 4x400 with a time of 3:30.53… At the NSIC Indoor Championships finished the 600 with a time of 1:29.37
Outdoor: At the Red Raider Open had a 7th place finish in the 4x400 with a time of 3:35.36… in the 400 had an 8th place finish at the Mount Marty Twilight with a time of 52.40

2016-17 (Junior)
Indoor: Named to the Winter Academic All-NSIC team … was a part of the 4x400 relay team that finished in sixth at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 25) … raced to a season’s best time of 50.94 in the 400-meters at the SDSU Preseason Open (Dec. 2).
Outdoor: Named to the Spring Academic All-NSIC team ... recorded a personal best time in the 200-meters with a time of 23.12 at the USD Twilight (April 24) ... ran a season's best time of 50.62 in the 400-meters at the Howard Wood Relays (May 6) ... helped the 4x400 relay team finish in third at the NSIC Championships (May 13) with a season's best time of 3:18.25.

2015-16: (Sophomore)
Indoor: Part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished third at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet with a time of 3:31.53 ... placed third in the 400-meters with a time of 55.37 at the Wildcat Open on Jan. 30 ... finished eighth in the 400-meters at the SDSU Tune-Up with a time of 51.13 on Feb. 19 
Outdoor: Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second with a time of 3:22.97 at the Howard Wood Relays ... Part of the 4x200-meter relay team that finished sixth at the Sioux City Relays 

2014-15 (Freshman)
Indoor:  Part of the 4x400 meter team that placed fourth at the Dordt Indoor Open with a time of 3:32.63 … Posted two top three finishes at the MSU-Ted Nelson Invitational, third in the 4x400 meter race with a time of 3:24.77 and first in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:02.75 … At the NSIC Indoor Championships placed second in the Distance Medley Relay with a team time of 10:22.96 … Placed fourth in the 4x400 meter race at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:23.30.
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 4x400 meter race at the Red Raider open with a time of 3:28.67 … Posted two third place finishes in the 4x400 meter dash at the Kip Janvrin Open (3:22.09) and the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (3:18.80).
