2016-17 (Senior)
Indoor: Named NSIC Track Athlete of the Year … earned second team All-American honors in the 3,000-meters and the 5,000-meters, finishing 10th in both races … earned All-Central Region in the 3,000-meters and the 5,000-meters … set meet records in the 3,000-meters and the 5,000-meters to earn All-NSIC honors in both events at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 24 and 25) … set school records in the 3,000-meters (8:09.68) and the 5,000-meters (14:19.56) … finished first in all but three races on the season … named to the Winter Academic All-NSIC team … set personal best in the 800-meters and the mile, also, on the season … earned NSIC Track Athlete of the Week honors once (Feb. 14).
Outdoor: Set a personal best time of 30:54.61 in the 10,000-meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (March 31) ... earned NSIC Track Athlete of the Week honors on April 4 ... named NSIC Preseason Track Athlete of the Year ... earned All-NSIC honors in the 10,000-meters ... finished in first in the 5,000-meters at the Howard Wood Relays (May 6).

2015-16 (Junior)
Indoor: All-Conference honors in the 3000-meters ... Placed second with a time of 8:32.19 at the NSIC Championship ... Finished eighth in the 5000-meters with a time of 15:13.03 at the NSIC Championship ... Placed fifth in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:39.32 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational ... finished eight in he 5000-meter run with a time of 14:56.38 at the SDSU Indoor Classic
Outdoor: Sat the season out as a redshirt 

2014-15 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Earned Academic All-Conference for the indoor season …  ran for a season best time in the 3,000-meter race with a time of 8:30.72 at the NSIC Indoor Championships where he placed fourth with a provisional time … Placed third at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 15:04.33 … At the SDSU Indoor Classic, Ellingson placed fourth in 5,000-meter race with a time of 14:44.33.
Outdoor: Earned Academic All-Conference for the outdoor season … Ran for a season best time of 14:43.52 in the 5,000-meter race at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Placed eighth in three events, 10,000m, 5,000m and the 3,000m races at the Northern Sun Conference Meet.

2013 (Freshman): 
Indoor: Set a personal best placing eighth in the 3000-meter race clocking a time of (9:21.62) at the USD Alumni Meet on Jan. 26
Outdoor: Personal best in the 5000-meter race placing second at the Kip Janvrin Open on April 26 … Finished seventh in the 1500-meter (4:02.33) at the Sioux City Relays on April 13 … took 13th in the 10,000-meter race recording a time of 33:02 at the NSIC Championships on May 11.
