Outdoor:  Earned All-Region outdoor honors … At the Drake Relays placed third in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:08.74 … Competed at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the 3000 meter Steeple Chase.

2014 (Sophomore):
Indoor: took sixth in the DMR with a time of 9:57.31 at the NCAA Championships on March 14 … finished third in the 1,000-meter race with a time of 2:34.13 for a career-best at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 28 … personal-best in the 800-meter dash with a time of 1:58.01 at the MSU Coaches Open on Feb. 15 … took first in the mile run with a time of 4:12.18 at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 8 … took second at the Nebraska Tune up in the 3,000-meter race on Feb. 21 with a time of 8:32.52
Outdoor: took third at the NCAA Championships in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase clocking a time of 8:50.21 on May. 22 … set a personal-best in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 14:50.23 for a third-place finish at the NSIC Championships on May. 9 … finished second in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 3:50.78 for a career-best at the NSIC Championships on May. 9.

2013 (Freshman): 
Indoor: placed second in the mile run (4:22.02) at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 2 … finished second clocking a time of 8:35.12 in the 3,000-meter race at the Snowshoe Open on Feb. 15
Outdoor: took seventh in the 5,000-meter (16:09.04) at the NSIC Championships on May. 10 … finished fifth-place at the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:05.59 at the Drake Relays on April 24. 

Before Augustana: 2012 graduate of University of Adger in Bømlo, Norway ... won 3,000-meter steeplechase junior title.
