Indoor: On Jan 19 set two personal best records at the DII Invitational, in the 200m had a time of 23.219 and in the 1000m with the time of 2:28.20… At the SDSU Classic on Feb 11 marked 49.4 in the 400m… Also at the SDSU Classic had another personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:51.14 in the 800m
Outdoor: At the NSIC Championships on May 11 placed 2nd in the 4x400 with a time of 3:19.52… On May 5 took 3rd place in the 400H at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays with a time of 54.69… At the Drake Relays took 2nd place in the 4x800 with the time of 7:35.45…
2016-17 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships (March 9) in the 800-meters and finished in 13th in the preliminaries … earned All-Central Region honors in the 800-meters … earned All-NSIC honors in the 800-meters by finishing first at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 25) … named to the Winter Academic All-NSIC team … broke the school record in the 600-meters with a time of 1:19.71 at the SDSU Preseason Open (Dec. 2) … also set personal bests in the 200-meters, 400-meters and 800-meters on the season … earned NSIC Track Athlete of the Week twice (Jan. 10 and 31).
