Indoor: Carda had a successful NSIC Indoor Championships with a second place finish in the Distance Medley, a fifth place finish in the Mile and a sixth place finish in the 5,00-meter race … Ran a season best in the 800-meter race at the MSU Multi-Open where he earned a time of 1:59.76 with a sixth place finish … At the Jack Johnson Classic Carda set a season best time in the 3,000-meter race with a time of 8:35.87 and a month place finish.
Outdoor: Academic All-Conference outdoor honoree … Set a season best in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 14:45.63 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Earned two top seven finishes at the Northern Sun Conference Meet in the 10,000m (7th) and the 5,000-meter race (6th) … Finished third at the Kip Janvrin Open in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 14:51.11.

2014 (Sophomore):
Indoor: recorded a career-best 2:00.90 in the 800-meter race placing 10th at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 8 … finished with a personal-best 4:20.23 in the mile run placing 11th at the Nebraska Tune Up on Feb. 21 … took fourth-place in the 5,000-meter race (14:59.73) at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 28 … recorded an career-best in the 3,000-meter race (8:44.54) placing fourth at the Coaches Open on Feb. 15.
Outdoor: took 19th in the 1,500-meter race with a time of 4:05.29 at the Sioux City Relays on April 11 … placed third with a personal-best time of 14:52.24 in the 5,000-meter race at the Kip Janvrin on April 24 … finished fourth-place in the 10,000-meter race with a career-best time of 30:53.57 at the Kansas Relays on April 16.

2013 (Freshman): 
Indoor: finished 20th in the 800-meter race clocking a time of 2:04.81 at the Bison Open on Feb. 9 … took sixth at the USD Alumni Meet on Jan. 26 with a time of 4:24.63 in the mile run … placed fifth at the MSU Alumni Open in the 3,000-meter race with a time of 8:51.37 on Jan. 12 … took second-place with a time of 15:35.28 in the 5,000-meter race at the Bison Open on Feb. 9
Outdoor: finished with a personal-best 4:04.70 in the 1,500-meter race at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May. 3 … finished fourth in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 14:57.55 at the Kip Janvrin Open on April 25 … placed eighth in the 10,000-meter race clocking a time of 31:58.44 at the NSIC Championships on May. 10.
