Indoor: Placed 6th in the 600m at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship with a time of 1:24.08.
Outdoor: Placed 2nd with the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:25.86, placed 8th in the 400m with a time of 51.76 at the 2024 Red Raider Open… Competed at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2022-23:
Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... Placed second in the 4x400m at the Mark Schuck Open and Mult with a time of 3:26.95
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... Placed fifth at the Maverick Open #2 in the 400m with a time of 50.90... Placed third in the 4x400m at the Wartburg Outdoor Select with a time of 3:25.47

2021-22:
Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … All-American in the DMR … Ran the 400m leg of the sixth place finishing DMR at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championship  …Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the DMR … Placed fifth in the 600m at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 25-26, running a personal best 1:23.11 … Ran a personal best time of 49.57 in the 400m at the SDSU Last Chance on Feb. 19 … Ran the 400m leg of the distance medley relay that broke the school record at the 7th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic on Feb. 11-12, running 9:39.26.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Ran the anchor leg of the 4x400m relay team that ran 3:20.77 at the Deb Schulz Open on May 6 … Ran a season-best time of 50.42 in the 400m dash at the Minnesota State Open … Ran a personal-best time of 22.84 in the 200m dash at the Dordt Invite on Apr. 2.

2020-21 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC … Placed eighth in the 600m at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 26 running a time of 1:24.37 … Was part of the 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the conference meet running 3:24.62 … Ran a personal-best in the 600m at the SDSU Last Chance meet on Feb. 20 running a time of 1:23.29 … Ran a personal best in the 400m at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 13 running 51.22.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Ran a personal best 50.72 in the 400m at the Maverick Classic on May 7 … Ran a personal best 2:00.39 in the 800m at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge on May 1.

2019-20 (Freshman):
Indoor: Took home first-place honors as part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Mark Schuck Open on Feb. 1 with a time of 3:26.26… Recorded personal bests in the 200 meter at the Bison Open on Feb. 8 with a time of 23.65 and in the 400 meter at the Maverick Invitational on Feb. 21 with a time of 52.29. 
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19

High School: Schoessow graduated from Forest Lake High School in June of 2019. 

Personal: Schoessow was born on Jan. 13, 2001 in Maplewood, Minnesota, to parents Molly and Steven. He has two siblings, Caroline and Thomas, and enjoys fishing, fly tying, hunting and sports. He plans to major in marketing/sales and Spanish while at Augustana.
