Indoor: Placed 16th in the 5,000m (15:37.16) at the NSIC Indoor Championship on Feb. 23… Earned a third place finish in the mile (4:24.20) at the SDSU Last Chance on Feb. 15.
Outdoor: Finished in 15th (9:26.26) in the 3000m steeplechase at the DII Outdoor Championship on May 25… Earned USTFCCCA All-Region Honors in the Steeplechase… Led the Viking men at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a third place 3,000m steeplechase finish of 9:13.22… Earned a fourth place finish with his personal best 3,000m steeplechase time of 9:00.91 at the Portland Twilight on May 3… Ran a season best 5,000m (14:53.07) at the UW-Platteville Invitational on Apr. 13.
2017-18 (Junior)
Indoor: At the SDSU Indoor Classic finished the 3000 in 8:52.10
Outdoor: Had a 1st place finish in the 3000S at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown with a time of 9:40.29… At the Howard Wood Dakota Relays had a 2nd place finish with a time of 9:14.52 in the 3000S… At the NSIC Championships had a 1st place finish in the 3000S wit a time of 9:12.04
2016-17 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Named to the Winter Academic All-NSIC team … took eighth at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 24) in the mile with a personal best time of 4:18.68 … finished in eighth at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 24) with a personal record time of 8:43.85 in the 3,000-meters … raced to a personal best time at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 25) in the 5,000-meters with a time of 15:32.16.
Outdoor: Named to the Spring Academic All-NSIC team ... earned All-NSIC and All-Region honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase ... was the NSIC champion and set a personal best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:15.48 at the NSIC Championships (May 13) ... set a personal high in the 5,000-meters with a time of 15:06.37 at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 28) ... finished in first at the Jim Duncan Invite (April 15) in the 5,000-meters.
