2018-19 (Senior):
Indoor: Placed 13th in the 600m (1:25.93) at the 2019 NSIC Indoor Championship on Feb. 23… Ran a season best 800m (1:58.29) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9… ran a season best 600m (1:24.75) at the SDSU Holiday Invite on Dec. 1 which was good for ninth place.
Outdoor: Ran a season best 800m (1:57.13) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 4.

2017-18 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Had 2 5th place finishes at the Minnesota State invitational, in the 800 with the time of 2:04.49 and in the 4x400 with a time of 3:40.79… At the SDSU Indoor Classic had a time of 2:39.15 in the 1000
Outdoor: At the Mount Marty Twilight had a 9th place finish in the 800 with a time of 1:58.71

2016-17 (Redshirt Freshman)
Indoor: Set a personal best in the 200-meters with a time of 24.73 at the Jim Emmerich Invite (Jan. 21) … recorded a personal high in the 400-meters with a time of 54.05 at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 11) … took 12th and set a personal record in the 600-meters with a time of 1:27.17 at the SDSU Preseason Open (Dec. 2) … finished in fourth at the MSU Alumni Open (Jan. 7) in the 800-meters with a personal best time of 2:05.85 … raced to a fifth place finish and a personal record time of 2:39.96 at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 17).
Outdoor: Set a personal record in the 800-meters with a time of 2:00.06 at the Howard Wood Relays (May 6) ... finished in fourth in the 800-meters at the USD Twilight (April 24) and sixth at the Butler/Greeno Dual (April 7).

2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoor: Did not compete
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 4x800-meter relays with a time of 8:05.67 at the Red Raider Open ... placed 28th in the 800-meter with a time of 2:04.37 at the Howard Wood Relays
