Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the NAIA Preview with a time of 9:17.90… Ran personal bests in the 1000m and mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic with times of 2:46.15 and 4:29.34, respectively.
Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:10.68 at the USD Challenge… Ran a personal best in the 800m with a time 2:02.49 at the 2024 Red Raider Open… Placed 3rd in the 1500 with a time of 4:19.32 at DSU Twilight.
2022-2023:
Indoor: NSIC All-Academic... Ran a personal best in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 4:31.81… ran a personal best in the 3000m at the SDSU Last Chance with a time of 9:21.05
