2015-16 (Senior):
Earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors.
Indoor: Earned All-American honors in the 60-meter hurdles (8.27) with a seventh place finish at the NCAA Championship on March 12 … took second in the 60-meter hurdles at the NSIC Championship with a personal best and school record time of 8.01 on Feb. 27 … finished in first in the 60-meter hurdles at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 6 and the SDSU Holiday Invite on Dec. 5 … set a personal best in the 200 meters with a time of 23.03 at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 29.
Outdoor: Earned All-Region honors in the 110-meter hurdles … ran a personal best time of 14.76 in the 110-meter hurdles in a second place finish at the MSU Twilight on May 4 … finished in the top five in 12 events throughout the season in the 110-meter hurdles, 400-meter hurdles, and 4x100-meter relay.

2014-15 (Junior):
Indoor: Academic All-Conference indoor … Placed second in the 55-meter hurdles at the Dordt Indoor Open with a time of 7.74 … Placed third at the MSU Multi-Open in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.34 … Posted a season best time in the 55-meter hurdle at the 2015 MSU open with 7.71 where he placed first in the event … Placed second at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.12.
Outdoor: Academic All-Conference outdoor ... At the Vance Butler Invitational Heuer at his 4x100 meter team placed first with a time of 43.73 … at the Red Raider Open he placed second in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.79 … With a time of 52.77 in the 400-meter hurdles, Heuer placed third at the Northern Sun Conference Meet also setting a season best time in the event.

2014 (Sophomore): 
Indoor: team-best ninth-place finish in the 200-meter race (23.40) at the MSU Coaches Open on Feb. 15 ... took third place in the 55-meter hurdles (7.99) at the Dordt Indoor Open on Jan. 18 … earned a 44th place finish (53.92) in the 400-meter race at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 24 …placed third in the 60-meter hurdles (8.28) at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 28
Outdoor: finished fifth in the 400-meter hurdles (55.43) at the Kip Janvrin Open on April 24 … placed eight in the long jump (19 feet, 4 inches) at the Mount Marty Twilight on April 22 … took third place in the 400-meter hurdles (53.92) at the NSIC Championships on May 9.

2013 (Freshman): 
Indoor: placed 11th in the 60-meter (7.43) at the USD Alumni Meet on Jan 26 … finished 27th in the 200-meter race recording a time of 23.78 at the Bison Open on Feb. 9 … took second-place in the 60-meter hurdles (8.48) at the MSU Alumni Meet on Jan. 12 …
Outdoor: finished first in the 400-meter (51.71) to lead the Vikings at the MSU Twilight on April 30 … placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles (15.61) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 3 … notched fourth place in the 400-meter hurdles (54.39) at the NSIC Championships on May 10.

High School:  a 2012 graduate of Fairmont High School … three-year letter winner … class A state champion in 110 high hurdles … class A runner-up in 300 hurdles … named all state and all academic all-state … personal best 110 high hurdles: 14.84, 300 hurdles: 39.1. 

Personal: Son of John and Kathy Heuer … born June 15, 1993 … elementary education major.
