Indoor: Academic All NSIC … Placed sixth in the 400m at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 26 with a time of 50.39 … Was part of the 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the conference meet in 3:24.62.
Outdoor: Was part of the 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the NSIC Outdoor Championships … Ran a personal best 49.13 in the 400m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships placing fifth … Was part of the DMR that won Drake Relays in a time of 11:53.76 on Apr. 24.
2019-20 (Junior):
Indoor: Earned All-NSIC honors on a DMR team that placed second at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:05.87… Ran a personal best 400 meter at the SDSU Holiday Open on Dec. 7 with a time of 49.74 (fourth-place)... Ran a personal best 200 meter at the Bison Open on Feb. 8 with a time of 23.38… Earned a fifth-place finish in the 400 meter at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 29 with a time of 50.30… Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor: Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence…

Indoor: Academic All NSIC… Placed sixth in the 400m (56.56) at the NSIC Indoor Championship on Feb. 23… Ran a season best 400m (50.10) at the SDSU Last Chance on Feb. 15 for a third place finish… Ran a season best 200m (23.68) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9… Ran a season best 60m (7.61) at the Minnesota State Invitational on Jan. 11… Earned a first place finish in the 400m (52.23) at the Minnesota State Invitational as well.
Outdoor: Academic All NSIC… Ran a season best 400m (50.13) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 4 for a seventh place finish… Ran a season best 200m (23.79) at the Sioux City Relays on Apr. 13… Earned a fourth place finish (3:18.56) on the 4x400 meter relay team at the NSIC Outdoor Championship on May 11.
2017-18 (Freshman)
Indoor: Set a personal best in the 200m and 400m at the SDSU Classic… in the 200m had a time of 24.28… and in the 400m had a time of 54.34
Outdoor: Ran the 4x400 in 3:35.36 at the Red Raider Open… at the Mount Marty Twilight finished 10th in the 400 with a time of 52.77
High School: 2017 graduate of Irondale High School in New Brighton, Minn. ... earned All-Conference honors in the 400-meters and the 4x200-meter relay as a junior ... qualified for state in the 4x200-meter realy.
