2018-19 (Senior):
Indoor: Competed unattached for an eighth place finish (9:16.97) in the 3,000m at the SDSU Last Chance Invitational on Feb. 15.
Outdoor: Ran season bests in the 3,000m steeplechase and 10,000m (9:16.16 & 31:26.61) for 5th and 7th place finishes respectively at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Championship on May 11… Placed seventh with his season best 5,000m time of 15:05.57 at the 2019 Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26.

2017-18 (Senior):
Indoor: Had a personal best at the SDSU Classic in the 5000m at a time of 15:16.20
Outdoor: Finished 4th in the 3000S at the NSIC Championships having a time of 9:21.42… Placed 8th in the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on Feb 4 in the 3000S… Had a 2nd place finish at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown on April 5 in the 3000S with a time of 9:40.48

2016-17 (Junior)
Indoor: Finished seventh at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 24) in the 3,000-meters with a personal best time of 8:43.04 … took eighth in the mile with a personal record time of 4:26.57 at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb. 4) … set a personal high in the 5,000-meters with a time of 15:21.33 at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 11).
Outdoor: Took sixth at the NSIC Championships (May 13) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal best time of 9:44.39 ... set a personal record in the 10,000-meters with a time of 33:19.27 and finished in 10th at the NSIC Championships (May 12) ... notched a personal high in the 5,000-meters with a time of 15:51.92 at the Jim Duncan Invite (April 15).

2015-16 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished 11th in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:38.99 at the SDSU Tune-Up ... Placed 19th in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:32.08 at the Ted Nelson Classic ... Finished 24th in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:39.17 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational
Outdoor: Did not compete 

2014-15 (Freshman)
Indoor: Placed ninth in the 3000-meter run at MSU-Multi Open with a time of 9:37.83.
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the Vance Butler Invitational with a time of 10:42.30 … Placed ninth in the 5000-meter race at the Red Raider Open with a time of 16:18.68.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Maple Grove Senior High School … three-year letterwinner and two-year captain for the Crimson … qualified for the Minnesota State 2A cross country championships as a junior and senior … named team MVP in cross country as a senior and led team to consecutive third-place finishes at sectionals in 2012 and 2013 … recorded a personal-best of 16:09 in the 5k in cross country.
