2018-19 (Senior):
Indoor: Ran season bests in the 1,000m and mile (2:39.43 & 4:24.79) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9… Earned a fifth place finish (8.39.39) in the 3,000m at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 2.
Outdoor: Earned a fourth place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase with his season time of 9:25.26 at the 2019 Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26… Placed 23rd in the 5,000m with his season best time  of 14:54.57 at the UW-Platteville Invitational on Apr. 13.

2017-18 (Junior):
Indoor: Had a personal best on Feb 9 at the SDSU Classic in the 5000m with the time of 15:00.09… on Feb 11 at the NSIC Championships placed 7th in the 3000 with a time of 8:38.35
Outdoor: Placed 6th at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in the 3000S with a time of 9:32.94… while competing in the NSIC Championships placed 6th in the 3000S with at time of 9:28.54 and placed 19th in the 5000 with a time of 15:35.67

2016-17 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Finished sixth and recorded a personal best in the 3,000-meters with a time of 8:48.60 at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 17) … set a personal best in the 5,000-meters at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 25) with a time of 15:52.55 … eclipsed a personal high in the mile with a time of 4:25.64 at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb. 4).
Outdoor: Earned All-NSIC honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:33.25 and a second place finish at the NSIC Championships (May 13) ... took fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Howard Wood Relays (May 6).

2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoor: Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished eighth with a time of 3:45.63 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet ... Placed 10th in the mile with a time of 4:33.86 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet ... Finished 22nd in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:57.90 at the NSIC Championship
Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:45.49 at the NSIC Championship ... Placed fifth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:59.65 at the Sioux City Relays ... Finished seventh in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:07.75 at the Howard Wood Relays 

High School: A 2015 graduate of Oskaloosa High School … four-year letterwinner and four-year captain for the Indians … three-time team MVP … conference champion and finished in the top 20 in the state his senior campaign … currently holds a personal-best time of 9:47 in the 3,200-meter run and 4:34 in the 1,600-meter run … finished eighth at state and was named District Champion in cross country his junior campaign … earned the Coaches' Award in track his junior season.

Personal: Son of Steven and Deb DeJong … born June 21, 1996 … pre-med and chemistry major.
