Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the SDSU Holiday Open and Multi with a time of 8:39.23… Ran a personal best in the mile at the NAIA Preview with a time of 4:22.59… Ran a personal best and placed 1st in the 1000m at the SDSU Last Chance with a time of 2:28.59… Ran a personal best in the 800m at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship with a time of 1:58.40… Placed 1st in the DMR at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship with a time of 10:06.83.
Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:55.86 at the 2024 Red Raider Open… Placed 2nd in the 1500m with a time of 3:55.20 at the 2024 Kip Janvrin Open… Ran a personal best in the 1500m and 5000m with a time of 3:53.24 and 15:28.83, respectively, at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
