High School: Addie is a three-time letter winner at Mitchell High School. Addie is a three time all ESD conference player at Michell and earned two time all state honorable mention honors. Siemsen also led her team to a 20-4 record and 6th place state tournament finish in her sophomore season.

Personal: Addie is the daughter of Christina and Justin Siemsen and plans to major in exercise science.
