Kelsey Maloney began volunteering with the Augustana men's and women's cross country teams in the spring of 2011. She was elevated to a graduate assistant for the 2011-12 season.
A native of Sioux Falls, S.D., Maloney was a member of the cross country and track and field teams at the University of South Dakota. She finished her career as a four-time All-North Central Conference performer and was also a two-time All-Great West Conference honoree. In 2007, Maloney led her team to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship and finished 26th to recieve All-America honors.
Maloney earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from USD in 2010.
