High School: Heinz graduated from Lakeville South High School in June of 2023. She is a two-year starter and was the leading goal scorer for her team as a senior. In 2022, Heinz helped her team to a section championship and a third place finish in the conference. Individually, Heinz earned all-conference honors and was named to the MSHSL all-tournament team.
