2023-2024: At the Augustana vs Nebraska-Omaha meet, Schmidt finished in third for the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 4:51.70. At the NSIC Championships, she took 13th in the 200 Fly. She finished the meet with season bests in the 100 Fly (59.90), 200 Fly (2:14.97), 1000 Free (11:10.60), and the 1650 Free (18:46.58).
2022-2023: Named to the NSIC Winter Academic Team of Excellence. At the NSIC Championships, Schmidt took sixth place in the 1000 Free and eight place in the 1650 Free. Schmidt finished the meet with personal best times in the 400 IM (4:38.51), 500 Free (5:10.55), 1000 Free (10:31.43), and the 1650 Free (17:47.21).
2021-22: At the University of St. Thomas vs. Augustana meet, Schmidt finished 5th in the 200 Fly in a time of 2:19.39. At the NSIC Championships, Schmidt finished 16th in the 100 IM and 16th in the 500 Free.
High School: Graduated from Roncalli High School in May of 2021 … In her junior season, Schmidt placed first in the 1650-yard freestyle and the 200-yard butterfly at the state meet ... She also placed second in the 100-yard butterfly, 50-yard freestyle and 200-yard breaststroke ... While also placing third in both the 100-yard breaststroke and 100-yard IM, helping her team place third at the state meet.
Personal: Daughter to Shawna and Martin Schmidt on 12/20/2002 ... plans to major in biology while at Augustana.
