2023-2024: Ryder was a seventh-place finalist at the NSAA Championships in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:22.30. At the Midwestern Long Course Championships, Ryder finished in third in the 800-long course freestyle with a time of 10:10.05. At the Midwestern Short Course Championships, Ryder ended in second place in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:17.71.
High school: Graduated from Lincoln Southwest High School in 2023.....Ryder won the Scholar-Athlete Award her freshman, sophomore, and junior years.
Personal: Daughter of Reggie and Keri Ryder and has one brother....born October 14, 2004.... Plans to major in communication disorders and minor in special education
