2024-2025: Academic All NSIC Team of Excellence. At the NSIC Championships, Lombardi concluded the meet with career bests in the 100 Back (58.81), 200 Back (2:10.77), and the 200 Fly (2:12.62).
2023-2024: Academic All NSIC. At the NSIC Championships, Lombardi finished the meet with personal bests in the 50 Free (25.06), 100 Back (58.92), and the 100 Fly (59.01). At the AU vs. UMM vs. SMSU meet, Lombardi won the 200 Breast in a time of 2:41.12.
2022-2023: At the Augustana vs. South Dakota State meet, Lombardi took third place in the 200 Fly in a time of 2:16.71. At the Augustana Invitational, she finished with personal bests in the 50 Back (28.65), 100 Back (1:00.13), and the 100 Fly (59.09).
