2023-2024: Szerlong made three personal bests in the 2023-2024 season, the first being at the USF Cougar invite making a time of 182.15 in the 3-meter diving event, the second at the Rochester Invitational in the 3-meter diving with a time of 326.85, and the last being at the Augustana vs Nebraska-Omaha vs Sioux Falls meet in the 1-meter diving event with a time of 201.83.
2022-23: Placed first in the 3M dive on Jan. 19 against Omaha and Sioux Falls with 201.16 points... Scored a personal best in the 1M dive with 201.16 points
