Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors in the 800 meter... National Qualifier in the 800 meter… Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the 800 meter and DMR… Took home All-NSIC honors on a DMR team that placed first at the NSIC Championships while breaking the NSIC record with a time of 11:51.62… Ran a 2:12.13 in the 800 meter at the NSIC Championships to give her second-place, All-NSIC honors and the 11th-fastest time in the country… Placed first in the 800 meter at the Bison Open on Feb. 8 and NSIC Indoor Challenge on Feb. 15… Placed first in the 1,000 meter at the SDSU DII Invitational on Jan. 24 with a time of 2:57.51… Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

Indoor: Academic All NSIC… Earned USTFCCCA All Region honors for the 800m… Finished in fifth place in the 800m (2:15.19) at the NSIC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23… Finished in first place with her season best mile (5:10.89) at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 2… Earned a second place finish with her season best 600m (1:37.11) at the SDSU DII Invitational on Jan. 18.
Outdoor: Academic All NSIC… Earned USTFCCCA All-Region Honors in the 800m… Took sixth place in the 800m (2:15.31) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 11… Finished in first place in the 800m (2:14.78) at the Dordt College Outdoor Invitational on Apr. 6.
2017-18 (Freshman):
Indoor: Finished in first place in the 800m (2:12.20) at the NSIC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24… Earned a third place finish with her season best 800m (2:12.13) at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 3…. Finished in first place with her season best 1,000m (2:57.50) at the Ted Nelson Classic.
Outdoor: Finished in first place in the 800m (2:14.26) at the 2018 MIAA v. NSIC Showdown on Apr. 5… Finished in first place in the 800m (2:15.18) at the Sioux City Relays on Apr. 13… Ran a season best 400m (1:01.32) at the Sioux City Relays… Earned a second place finish with her season best 1,500m (4:29.02) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 12… Ran a season best 800m (2:10.12) at the NCAA DII Outdoor Championships.
High School: 2017 graduate of Gilbert High School in Gilbert, Iowa ... took sixth in the 1,500m as a junior and eighth in the 800m as a sophomore at the Iowa state track meet ... two-time Conference cross country champ ... finished fifth at the Iowa state cross country meet.
Personal: Daughter of Don and Stephanie Rahn ... born in Ames, Iowa on June 21, 1998 ... plans to major in Nursing with aspirations of becoming a nurse practitioner.
