Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet with a time of 10:17.28… Ran personal bests in the 1000m and the mile at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship with times of 2:59.42 and 5:03.93, respectively.
Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 17:21.04 at the UW-Platteville Invitational… Placed 1st in the 3000S with a time of 11:15.25 at the 2024 Red Raider Open… Ran a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:44.72 at the Kip Janvrin Open… Ran a personal best and placed 1st in the 3000S with a time of 10:57.72 at the Maverick Open… Placed 1st in the 3000S and 7th in the 5000m with times of 10:58.11 and 17:38.26, respectively, at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2022-23:
Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the Bison Open with a time of 10:49.99… Ran a personal best in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 5:23.66
