Indoor: Placed 1st in the 4x400m relay at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship with a time of 3:52.44.
Outdoor: Placed 4th in the 400m with a time of 59.71 at the USD Early Bird… Placed 3rd in the 400m with a time of 57.66 at the Cal State LA Twilight…Placed 2nd in the SMR with a time of 4:01.16 at the 114th Drake Relays… Competed at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2021-22:
Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... DMR All-America … Ran the 400m leg of the sixth place finishing DMR at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championship … Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the DMR … Was a part of the 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 25-26, running 3:58.48 … Ran a personal best times of 26.04 and 58.58 in the 200m and 400m at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 11-12 … Ran a personal best time of 7.88 in the 60m at the SDSU D2 Open on Jan. 21.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... Placed first in the DMR at the Drake Relays, claiming the third fastest mark in program history with a time of 11:42.58

Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 400m dash running 58.28 at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 14 … Was a part of the 4x100m relay team that placed fifth at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, running 48.68 … Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed seventh at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, running 4:01.03 … Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that ran 3:52.01 at the Deb Schulz Open on May 6 … Ran a personal-best time of 58.24 in the 400m dash at the Maverick Open on May 4 … Ran the 400m leg of the distance medley relay that won the Drake Relays title … Ran personal-bests in the 100m dash and 200m dash at the Minnesota State Open on Apr. 9, running 12.51 and 25.52, respectively.

High School: Graduated from St. Mary in May of 2021 ... In her sophomore year, Heinitz was a three-event state qualifier. She placed in all three events at the state meet ... Her top place was third in the 400m, also placing sixth in the 100m and eighth in the 200m at the South Dakota state meet ... Her junior season was cut short due to COVID-19. 

Personal: Daughter to Adam and Sandra Heinitz ... Born on 12/02/2002 in Sioux Falls, S.D. ... Heinitz plans to major in psychology while at Augustana.
