Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 300m at the SDSU Holiday Open and Multi with a time of 43.09… Ran a personal best in the 60m dash at the NAIA Preview with a time of 8.07… Ran personal bests in the 200m and 400m at the SDSU Last Chance with times of 26.55 and 59.69, respectively… Jumped a personal best in the long jump at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 5.73m.
Outdoor: Placed 1st in Long Jump with a distance of 5.69m at the USD Early Bird… Placed 2nd in Long Jump with a distance of 5.62m at the USD Challenge… Placed 2nd in Long Jump with a distance of 5.32 at the 2024 Red Raider Open… Had a personal best and placed 3rd in Long Jump with a distance of 5.83 at the Maverick Open… Competed at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... Placed 1st and ran a personal best in the 600m at the Mount Marty Opener with a time of 1:42.51… Scored a personal best of 3182 in the pentathlon at the Bison Open… ran a personal best in the 60m hurdles at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 9.30… ran a personal best in the 800m at the 2023 Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 2:22.96…. jumped a personal best in the high jump(5’ 0.25”) at the 2023 NSIC Indoor Championship.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... Saw heptathlon personal bests in the shot put and 200m dash at the NSIC Championships with a distance of 8.60m and a time of 26.72... Clocked in a personal best in the 100m hurdles at the Maverick Open #2 with a time of 15.39... Claimed a personal best in the long jump at the Maverick Open #2 with a distance of 5.65m... Threw a personal best in the javelin throw at the Maverick Open #1 with a throw of 23.96m
