Indoor: Competed at the Northern Sun Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Outdoor: Placed 4th in the 100H with a time of 15.10 at the USD Challenge… Placed 3rd in the 100H with a time of 15.30 at the 2024 Red Raider Open… Ran a personal best in the 400H with a time of 1:09.17 at the Maverick Open… Competed at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2022-23:
Indoor: NSICÂ All-Academic Team of Excellence... Placed seventh at the SDSU Last Chance in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.59
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... Placed fifth and claimed a personal best in the 100m hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 15.04
2021-22:Â
Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Placed seventh in the pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 25-26 … Ran a season best time of 9.18in the 60m hurdles at the SDSU Last Chance Meet on Feb. 19.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Scored a personal-best 4,267 points in the heptathlon, placing eighth at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 13 … Ran personal-bests in the 200m dash and the 100m hurdles at the Minnesota State Open running 27.39 and 15.18, respectively.
2020-21 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC … Had an eighth place finish in the pentathlon at the Bison Open on Feb. 6 with a point total of 3050 ... Had a personal-best in the shot put at the Northern State Dual with a throw of 31-8.75.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Did not compete.
2019-20 (Freshman):
Indoor: Recorded a personal best triple jump at the SDSU Holiday Open Dec. 7 with a distance of 10.36m (34-0)... Ran a personal best in the 60 meter hurdles at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 29 with a time of 9.14… Recorded a personal best point total of 3,314 in the pentathlon at the NSIC Championships while finishing in fourth-place.Â
Outdoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors... Season canceled due to COVID-19
High School: Paschka graduated from Alexandria Area High School in May of 2019. She made the All-Conference team her freshman through junior seasons and was All-State and Academic All-State during her sophomore and junior seasons.Â
Personal: Paschka was born on Mar. 28, 2001 in Alexandria, Minnesota, to parents Joel and Tara Paschka. She has one sibling, Luke, and enjoys boating, fishing, hiking, art, baking, soccer, basketball and running. She aspires to work in the medical field in the future.
