2013 (Junior): Indoor - earned All-America honors as part of the women's distance medley relay team which placed eighth at the NCAA Championships, clocking a 11:45.56 on March 8 ... earned All-Central Region honors in four events, DMR, 5,000-meter run, 3,000-meter run, and the mile ... named All-NSIC for her performance in the 5,000-meter run, 3,000-meter run, and mile run at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... took second in the 3,000-meter (9:50.01), third in the 5,000-meter (17:42.77) and third in the mile (4:58.05) at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... provisionally-qualified for the NCAA Championships in four events (DMR, 5,000-meter, 3,000-meter, and mile) ... won the 1,000-meter run (2:59.92) at the MSU Alumni Open on Jan. 12 ... placed 16th at the NCAA Championships in Brimingham, Ala. on March 8. Outdoor - placed fifth at the NSIC Championships in the 1,500 meter run (4:31.93) on May 12 ... won 1,500-meter run (4:26.44) and automatically qualified for the NCAA Championships at the Mankota Twilight meet on May 2 ... named All-Central Region for her performance in the 1,500-meter run ... placed 13th at the NCAA Championships in the 1,500-meter run in Pueblo, Colo. on May 25.
2011 (Freshman): Indoor - earned All-America honors as member of distance medley relay (11:58.89) that placed fourth at NCAA Championship ... also took 12th at nationals in 1,600-meter run (5:07.67) ... won 1,6000-meter run (4:54.25) at NSIC Championship on Feb. 25-26, earning All-NSIC honors ... was runner-up in 1,600-meter run (4:55.89) at Nebraska Invite on Feb. 18 ... won 1,600-meter (5:09.08) title at Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 5 ...
